This already runs. Every day.

An ERP we built for a flooring company with its own fitting crews. It replaced their Excel price sheets, paper orders and old ERP, and it now runs a second company on the same platform.

Calculation

A catalogue of 850 floors, each priced from the company’s own tiers and work steps.

Switch-over

Customers, quotes and invoices moved over from the old ERP, so nothing started from zero.

Accounts

Invoices go to the accounting package by themselves, and payment status comes back.

What it costs. On request.

Every system is different, so every build gets its own price. After the first call you get a fixed price and a fixed date in writing. You pay once for the build, not every year for every user. Upkeep is monthly, optional and cancellable.

We work at one fixed hourly rate, which you get on request. Your quote turns it into one fixed price, so the number does not move once you sign.

Upkeep

Your business changes, suppliers change their price lists, APIs change. We keep what we built working and growing with you, and we’re the ones who wrote it.

15% of the build price, a year

Cancel any month. The software stays yours and keeps running.

Prices are in euros (EUR, €) and exclude VAT, which is added where it applies. We sell to businesses only.

A build is paid in three instalments: at the start, at a midpoint named in your quote, and on handover. Upkeep is paid monthly. Pay by bank transfer or card (Visa, Mastercard), through Wise.
